At Clever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return package is scanned into the system.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
